Suggested Use:
For hard candy, use approximately 1/8 teaspoon per 2 cups of sugar. Add after the cooked syrup has cooled below 265°F (129°C).

For a sour coating, mix 1 teaspoon citric acid with 1 cup granulated sugar. Adjust to taste for additional tartness.
