NYCake.com ships orders during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 10am - 4pm EST. Shipping costs vary depending on the items chosen and the destination. The shipping costs shown at checkout are simply an estimate. We reserve the right to change your shipping carrier to correct any estimation errors that may occur. For overseas shipments, or heavy or large dimensional items (boxes, fondant) we reserve the right to cancel the order if you do not approve the corrected shipping charges.
NY CAKE offers free shipping on all qualified orders over $99.00 only to the 48 Continental US States. An item that does not qualify for free shipping is stated in the description of the item. These are large, heavy or bulky items. ex, fondant, boxes, Styrofoam, etc. During a site-wide sale, the Free Shipping Option cannot be used. Packages with free shipping is delivered through USPS.
NY Cake ships to locations all around the world. The shipping cost shown at checkout is only a quick estimate and may be incorrectly calculated. The actual shipping cost is determined after we pack your order.
