These Sparkle Dust colors are fine, shiny and water soluble. They are similar to Discos and are edible. They are 100% edible and give a metallic finish.
Hybrid Sparkle Dust can be used dry or mixed with water, alcohol or lemon extract.  It can be applied dry onto chocolate or sugar work. For a quick dry, it can be mixed with water or alcohol. It can also be mixed with sugar water for airbrushing or mixed into oil-based products and food.
