Our cutting wheel has 3 interchangeable wheels so it cuts and embosses designs onto your fondant. You may cut using a straight wheel or choose the wavy wheels for embossing a design onto the fondant. For a straight edge, choose the plain wheel and simply roll (you may use a ruler as a guide to roll out perfect strips) with a fondant mat underneath.
